Casello delivered the external cladding for the new Emergency Department, supplying and installing 410 linear metres of Tempio terracotta square baguettes over the emergency signage, integrated with matching Tempio terracotta panels.

Additionally, Casello installed 472 m² of Zintl castellated cladding to the low level Emergency Department facade. Including 3mm powder-coated solid aluminium cladding trims to window reveals, soffits and door openings, with all systems fixed over an engineered top-hat framing system to meet durability requirements. Executing these works within a live hospital environment meant managing site access and safety constraints. Our expert team coordinated the installation around active emergency services, ensuring the project was completed without disrupting hospital operations.

Casello delivered specialist carpentry with the expertise to meet strict compliance and behavioural safety standards, ensuring every installation is safe, precise, and fit for purpose.
